TERMS & CONDITIONS

RATE INFORMATION
A minimum of 2 nights are required. Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and availability. Daily buffet breakfast, taxes and service charge are included in all rates.

MEALS & SUPPLEMENTS
Daily buffet breakfast and buffet dinners are served at the Primavera Restaurant. Beverages (for the dinners) are not included. Guest may opt to benefit from the Christmas Eve Buffet dinner or the Christmas Day Lunch. Christmas Package supplements are not compulsory and are as follows: Christmas Beverage supplement: 15 € per person; beverage supplement includes: unlimited housewine, beer, soft drinks and mineral water (still or sparkling). Christmas Meals supplement: 40 € per adult (20 € per child <12 years of age), guests purchasing this supplement have right the the Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day lunch. Package supplements are only valid if purchased online; and will not be refunded regardless of being consumed, or not.

GOLF INFORMATION
Rounds are per golfer and per stay; non transferable or refundable and are subject to course availability. Rounds of golf are valid for San Lorenzo Golf Course. Presentation of a Handicap certificate is mandatory to validate guests to play on San Lorenzo Golf Course (Men/28 - Ladies/36). Complimentary rounds of golf contemplated in the offer are not applicable to children (when sharing room with parents, free of charge). Resident green fee rate will have to be requested and applied to children wishing to play golf.

SPA INFORMATION
Vale do Lobo Royal Spa is located approximately 500 m from the Hotel. Access to the Vale do Lobo Royal Spa is applicable only to non golfers, and option must be chosen during online booking process, to validate choice. Day passes include: - access to the fitness centre; Turkish bath, hammam, saunas, pool and Jacuzzi area; use of relaxation area with complimentary team fruit and water; bathrobe, towels, slippers and use of a locker in the spa changing rooms. Use of a swimsuit for ladies and trunks for men and swimming cap is compulsory. Swimming caps can be requested from the Spa Reception. Clients are kindly requested to use the poolside shower before entering the pool. No alcoholic beverages or smoking are permitted. Any additional treatments and or massages are not included and will be charged.

GENERAL POLICY
Rooms are held until 4 (four) hours after the hotel check-in time (14:00 p.m.) of the day of arrival. A limited number of rooms may be available at these rates and additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply, this program cannot be combined with any additional discount or promotion. No credits/refund will be granted irrespective of whether or not the full package/stay is consumed. Offer not applicable to groups (more than 10 rooms). Not responsible for omissions or typographical errors. Void where prohibited by law.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card information is required at time of booking online as form of guarantee. No charges to the credit card provided will be made for cancellations made 48 hours prior to date of arrival. Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the correspondent to 1 (one) night of the booking or package reserved to the credit card supplied. Guests that are no shows, the total stay or package will be charged to the credit card supplied.

CHILD POLICY
Please note that children of the age 12 and older are charged at the adult rate. Please include them in the number that you enter in the No. of Adults box. 100% Discount on room rate for children is only valid when sharing room with parents. Maximum number of children/infants sharing room with parents permitted: only 1 child can be accommodated in Single and/or Twin rooms; 2 children may be accommodated in Suites. Free entrance for Kangaroo Club is only valid for children from 3 to 12 years of age. Children under the age of three, the fee of 65 € per day/child will apply (rate includes lunch and afternoon snack, water, fruit juice, diapers, rash lotion and wet wipes).
Food & Beverage consumption: a) Children from 0-4 years of age (inclusive) = 100% discount on meals; b) Children from 5-12 years of age (inclusive) = 50% discount on meals; c) Child discounts are not applicable to or valid for room service and/or at the children's club: Kangaroo Club. Free entrance for the Kangaroo Club is only valid for children from 3 to 12 years of age. Children from 6 months of age to 2 years, daily entrance fee of € 65 will apply (rate includes lunch and afternoon snack, water, fruit juice, diapers, rash lotion and wet wipes).

EXTRA BED POLICY
Extra beds and cots are available, on request, at no cost. Extra bed policy is only applicable to children up to the age of 12. Adults cannot be accommodated in extra beds. Baby cots are applicable to infants up to the age of 2.
