RATE INFORMATION
Ofer is valid from stays from 23 March to 05 April 2013. Applicable to minimum four night stays. Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and availability. Daily buffet breakfast served at the Primavera Restaurant, per person, is included in room rate. Taxes and service charge are included in all rates. Rates are restrictive and fully prepaid (please consult our Cancellation Policy below).

GENERAL POLICY
Rooms are held until 4 (four) hours after the hotel check-in time (14:00 p.m.) of the day of arrival.  A limited number of rooms may be available at these rates and additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply, this program can not be combined with any additional discount or promotion. No credits/refund will be granted irrespective of whether or not the full package/stay is consumed. Offer not applicable to groups (more than 10 rooms). Not responsible for omissions or typographical errors. Void where prohibited by law.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card information is required at time of booking online and full amount will be debited by the Hotel. No changes to an existing reservation may be made. Cancellation fee of 100% applies, therefore cancellations will be fully charged to guests credit card. Guests that are no shows, the total stay or package will be charged to the credit card supplied.

CHILD POLICY
Please note that children of the age 12 and older are charged at the adult rate. Please include them in the number that you enter in the No. of Adults box.

EXTRA BED POLICY
Extra beds and cots are available, on request, at no cost. Extra bed policy is only applicable to children up to the age of 12. Adults cannot be accommodated in extra beds. Baby cots are applicable to infants up to the age of 2.

OVERBOOKINGS
In the event or unforeseen circumstance of the hotel being overbooked or is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s).
