Food &
Beverage
All room rates include daily buffet breakfast per person.
Breakfast included in rates is served at the Primavera Restaurant.
Any discounts attributed locally at the Hotel on food &
beverage consumptions are directly deducted from normal rates;
unless specified and in these cases will be deduced from the
guest's bill during the act of check-out. An online half board meal
plan (daily dinner) is available to book at a special rate; this
rate is only valid for online pre-bookings and will no longer be
valid once guest has checked-in. Children up to the age of 12
associated to these reservations may benefit from seasonal
discounts, on the same meal plan as adults. Should discounts apply,
they will be automatically calculated in the final booking rate.
Beverages are not included in meal plans, unless specified by the
Hotel. No food or beverages brought into the Hotel (external
purchases) may be consumed in our Restaurant premises, without the
express written consent of the Hotel Management and for which a
charge will be made by the Hotel.
Golf Information -
Exclusive for Golfers
Free rounds of golf are only valid for golfers. Free rounds of
golf are valid as follows: stays of 7 nights or more = 4 free
rounds of golf | stays of 5-6 nights = 3 free rounds of golf |
stays of 3-4 nights = 2 free rounds of golf.
Rounds are per person and per stay; non transferable or refundable
and are subject to course availability. Free rounds of golf are
only valid if pre-booked (please tick optional box at time of
reservation). Rounds of golf are valid for San Lorenzo Golf Course.
Presentation of a Handicap certificate is mandatory to validate
guests to play on San Lorenzo Golf Course (Men/28 -
Ladies/36).
Complimentary rounds of golf contemplated in the early booking
offer are not applicable to children (when sharing room with
parents, free of charge). Resident green fee rate will have to be
requested and applied to children wishing to play golf.
Spa Information -
Exclusive for Non Golfers
Free day access to the spa is only valid for non golfer guests.
Vale do Lobo Royal Spa is located approximately 500 m from the
Hotel. Access to the Vale do Lobo Royal Spa is applicable only to
non golfers, and option must be chosen during online booking
process, to validate choice. Day passes include: - access to the
fitness centre; Turkish bath, hammam, saunas, pool and Jacuzzi
area; use of relaxation area with complimentary team fruit and
water; bathrobe, towels, slippers and use of a locker in the spa
changing rooms. Use of a swimsuit for ladies and trunks for men and
swimming cap is compulsory. Swimming caps can be requested from the
Spa Reception. Clients are kindly requested to use the poolside
shower before entering the pool. No alcoholic beverages or smoking
are permitted. Any additional treatments and or massages are not
included and will be charged. Spa facilities are not applicable to
children under the age of 16. Teenagers from 16 to 18 years of age
are allowed, but only when accompanied by an adult.
Children
Please note that children over the age of 12 are charged at the
full adult rate. Please include children over the age of 12, in the
number that you enter in the No. of Adults box. Children under the
age of 12 benefit from the free accommodation policy, when sharing
the same room with adults. Children aged 12 years and under must be
accompanied by a responsible adult in all public areas to ensure
that the children's behaviour is appropriate for other guests
within the Hotel. Children lodged at the Hotel during the
summer & festive periods may attend the Kids Club (Kangaroo
Club) as follows: Free entrance for the Kangaroo Club is only valid
for children from 3 to 12 years of age. Children from 6 months of
age to 2 years, daily entrance fee of € 65 will apply (infant rate
includes lunch and afternoon snack, water, fruit juice, diapers,
rash lotion and wet wipes).
Payments
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card or
by payment of a deposit. For guests reserving online and not
providing payment details, the Hotel reserves the right to consider
the booking - Not Confirmed - and may release the room for sale. At
the discretion of the Hotel, full pre-payment may be requested by
the Hotel, and in these cases, written notice shall be given to the
guest by the Reservations Department. At least 3 working days are
required to process credit and debit card payments. Settlement
of the bill in full, less any advance payments must be made prior
to departure from the Hotel. Upon arrival the Hotel reserves the
right to request preauthorization of the guest's credit or debit
card, or where payment is to be by cash, request the guest to place
cash up to the total amount of the booking. All major credit and
debit cards are accepted. Credit facilities are not offered to
private individuals. All sums are due for payment on presentation
of the invoice.
Cancellations, Amendments,
Non-arrival and Early Departures
In the event of a cancellation, non-arrival and/or early departure
the full reservation will be charge, to the credit card supplied
during the time of booking. Normal terms of payment apply to all
cancellation charges. For this purpose the Hotel reserves the right
to off-set the amount payable for such cancellation against the
guest's credit card, without prior notice or approval of the guest,
where applicable. However, written notice of this charge will be
sent to the guest.
