The main feature of Vale do Lobo is its magnificently long, red sandy beach! This shoreline stretch is approximately 5km long and characterised by a set of high cliffs made of small eroded, fractured formations. This makes this beach unique to the Algarve region.

Dona Filipa Exclusive Beach Club

There are no private beaches in Portugal, however, to make our guests feel more special and extend our quality service, Dona Filipa & San Lorenzo Golf Resort has an exclusive area on the beach for hotel guests, situated a mere 200 metres away.

During the summer months, the hotel beach club supplies guests with approximately 70 sun beds, parasols as well as beach towels.
